Folks who are renting our facilities also use the form above to submit payment. Just select “Give to Rent – Facility Room Use” under the donation amount. While one-time and recurring donations help sustain our mission, there are many ways to contribute beyond traditional giving. Whether you’re interested in planned giving, workplace matching, or supporting us in-person, every gift helps sustain our thriving spiritual community.
Financial gifts in the form of cash and checks may be made at Sunday services or by stopping by the church office during business hours. We also have iPads in the lobby and outside classrooms that accept credit and debit cards, and smartphones can be used to text contributions.
The church also accepts donations of real property – houses, land, cars, boats, etc. Consult your financial advisor or attorney for tax advice and information regarding your specific situation.
Gifts of appreciated stocks and securities are a great way to support the church, potentially reduce tax liability for capital gains, and receive a deduction for the fair market value of your gift at the time of transfer. Financial Security gifts to Unity can be made from a brokerage account, a traditional retirement account (IRA, 401k, etc) or a Roth IRA. These gifts are transferred directly from your financial institution to Unity. For help with a securities transfer, contact Mary Graham or David Kramer.
You may wish to leave a legacy by including Unity in your estate plan—for example, by making a bequest in your will or by designating Unity of the Triangle as a beneficiary of your retirement plan, insurance policy, or donor-directed charitable trust.
