What is Sisterhood Saturday?
On the first Saturday of each month, Unity of the Triangle invites you to a special women’s spiritual group in Raleigh. Women of all ages, backgrounds, and life experiences explore spirituality, express your authentic self, and feel the power of being truly seen. This circle of women holds space for one another. We recommend bringing a journal to capture insights, inspiration, and moments of self-discovery.
September Sisterhood Saturday Topic: These Hands
This Labor Day Weekend, let us explore and appreciate all the work of our hands. What do your hands do every day? What many adventures have they had in your life? Who have they nurtured and loved? How have they changed? Through InterPlay’s simple forms and tools we will play with story, song, movement, stillness, ease, and amusement and welcome whatever emerges in the moment.
🗓️ When: September 5, 2026
10:00am – 11:30am
📍 Where: Fellowship Hall
5570 Munford Road, Raleigh, NC 27612
What is InterPlay?
InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of your body.
InterPlay is easy, fun, and life changing, integrating body, mind, heart and spirit. Life has become so fragmented. InterPlay helps to pull everything back together so we get more of what we want. In the process, we discover the wisdom in ourselves and our communities.
Special Guest: Aviva Enoch, Certified InterPlay Leader
Aviva has co-led the monthly Chapel Hill, NC, InterPlay playgroup for more than a decade. She organizes regional InterPlay Untensives—where she leads workshops and improvises music at the keyboard.
She is the Music Director at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Hillsborough, where she plays piano and leads a small choir. Previously, she taught piano for many years and led early childhood music-and-movement classes for parents, caregivers, and young children. She also
worked in public radio, producing an eclectic range of music programs and reporting on the arts locally and nationally. Aviva holds a BA in Music from the University of Kansas in Lawrence and an MA from Emporia State University.

Find Your New Circle of Sisterhood
Sisterhood Saturday is an interactive women’s spiritual group led by Unity’s Interfaith minister Rev. Tami Johns. With a spiritual message, music, prayer, reflection, and meaningful dialogue, we invite women of all ages to a sacred space of connection, spiritual growth and renewal.
For generations, women have gathered with their grandmothers, aunts, sisters, and friends to navigate life’s joys and seasons together. Let’s carry on that tradition! Come as you are. Bring the women in your life—or come to find your new circle of sisterhood.
If you’d like to offer feedback or submit a testimonial of your Sisterhood Saturday experience to help spread the word about this women’s ministry, please email Tami.johns@unitytriangle.org.
