The Practice of Pure Awareness Workshop with David McKay

Who we are most essentially is awareness, or consciousness. We tend to identify ourselves with our experience instead–with our bodies, our perceptions, and our thoughts about what we perceive–and to a certain extent that is good and necessary, but in order to live as fully and as deeply as we are capable of, and in order to receive all that our lives have to offer, we must return again and again in our minds and hearts to the awareness/consciousness that we are. In this workshop we will explore how it is that we can let go in this way into our essence, and the practice of pure awareness that makes this possible.
