Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool that allows individuals to relax, to release stress and tension, and to find balance and healing. Each class of guided conscious deep relaxation is led by Beth Briggs, a 40-year practitioner of Sivananda and Satchidananda Yoga. Many find that Nidra Yoga helps facilitate sound sleep. Practitioners need no previous experience and there are no yoga postures; however, you must be able to lie still for 45 minutes on your back without moving.
