
Even if you’ve never done Yoga before, but like the idea of becoming more self aware in body, mind and spirit, then this is the Yoga for you. A 45 minute Yoga practice right here at Unity. The classes begin with breath and centering before moving into shapes and stretches with the body. We focus on breath and mindfulness, maybe learn a little Yoga philosophy and conclude with a meditative Shavasana.
Starting July 15th! Most Saturdays at 11am in the multipurpose room.
