DESCRIPTION:Weekly Meditation Before Sunday Service\nMeditation is a key part of every Sunday service\, and other meditation opportunities are offered throughout the week. In Unity\, meditation is a practice of resting our minds\, remembering our divine source\, and reconnecting to the divine within us. \n\n\n\nThis pre-service meditation is a beautiful way to cleanse the week and prepare for The Sunday Experience! Join us before Sunday service for a 15-minute guided group mediation in the Sanctuary with one of our amazing ministers! \nWhy Meditation is a Key Part of our Spiritual Practice at Unity of the Triangle\nMeditation allows us to relax our minds and center ourselves in the peace of the moment. Neusom Holmes & The Unity Choir\n\nThe spiritual journey is an expansion of our self definition from self to Self\, from “I am me” to I AM.
