You’ll mostly find folks over 60 here\, but this group is open to everyone who is aging — all of us!  Silver Circle activities include classes for learning things we are interested in\, building community\, and having fun social gatherings. Silver Circle is an ongoing organization open to new adventures and activities. \nAll are welcome! In Unity\, meditation is a practice of resting our minds\, remembering our divine source\, and reconnecting to the divine within us. \n\n\n\nThis pre-service meditation is a beautiful way to cleanse the week and prepare for The Sunday Experience! Join us before Sunday service for a 15-minute guided group mediation in the Sanctuary with one of our amazing ministers! \nWhy Meditation is a Key Part of our Spiritual Practice at Unity of the Triangle\nMeditation allows us to relax our minds and center ourselves in the peace of the moment. DESCRIPTION:CELEBRATING AMERICA’S 250TH BIRTHDAY!\nTHE SUNDAY EXPERIENCE CELEBRATES UNITY IN AMERICA\nEach Sunday we come together around a topic that impacts your every day life\, with inspiring music\, affirmative prayer\, and a short meditation. It’s more than a typical Sunday service\, that’s why we call it The Sunday Experience! \nSunday June 28\, 2026\n“AMERICA’S BIRTHDAY”\nWith Rev. Neusom Holmes & The Unity Choir\nAs we approach the milestone birthday of America\, we explore what it really means to be united. Since the signing of the Declaration of Independence our country has held these ideals that all people are created equal and that we have the right to pursue life\, liberty and happiness. \nOver 1/4 of a Millennium of effort at achieving these states of happiness and equality in a context of liberty and justice\, the United States has made many strides forward and some steps backwards. In our generation\, in 2026\, we still pursue these ideals. And though the country may be mixed in its approach\, these ideals\, at least for ourselves\, remain fixed and strong. This Sunday\, Rev. Neusom adds the spiritual component of mental and emotional awakening to bring richness and depth to what has sometimes seemed like a superficial set of goals.
