So much of our stress comes from trying to hold together things that were never ours to control. \nWhat is this month’s Sisterhood Saturday topic about?\nThis month’s Sisterhood Saturday will focus on some key points of Mel Robbins’ #1 book in the world\, The Let Them Theory\, which centers on a simple idea: you cannot control other people\, their opinions\, their choices\, or their behavior\, but you can control your response. \nYou can let people be who they are\, so you can be free to become who you are meant to be. \nJoin us on May 2 at 10:00 am. Be sure to bring a journal to capture critical personal insights and invite a friend so they don’t miss out. \nWho is Rev. Tami Johns?\nRev. Tami Johns | Interfaith Minister & Community Engagement Director \nSisterhood Saturday is an interactive women’s ministry led by Unity’s Interfaith minister Rev. Tami Johns. Tami is also Unity of the Triangle’s Community Engagement Director\, leading the small group ministry\, Unity for Humanity\, and our Unity in the Community program focused on community outreach. \nWhat is Sisterhood Saturday?\nIt’s becoming the women’s ministry movement in the Raleigh area. A lively\, connected\, sacred space to explore your personal spirituality path. On the first Saturday of each month\, we invite women of all ages to explore your spirituality\, express your authentic self\, and feel the power of being truly seen. \n \nThis circle of women holds space for one another. We recommend bringing a journal to capture insights\, inspiration\, and moments of self-discovery. \nCarrying on The Tradition\nFor generations\, women have gathered with their grandmothers\, aunts\, sisters\, and friends to navigate life’s joys and seasons together. Let’s carry on that tradition! Come as you are.
