DESCRIPTION:What is Reiki Healing?\nReiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low\, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress\, and if it is high\, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. \nThe word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” \nSunday Reiki Sessions for Congregants!\nAre you feeling out of balance or stressed? To support the spiritual growth of our congregation\, we are excited to offer Reiki energy healing to our community. Unity of the Triangle is blessed to have many Reiki healers in our congregation. They will be offering 15-minute Reiki Healing chair sessions once a month for the congregation on the third Sunday of every month in the Meditation Room upstairs. Sign up is required and will be available day-of at the Welcome Desk in the lobby before Sunday service. These sessions will be popular! DESCRIPTION:What a year it’s been for Sisterhood Saturday! We started in the summer with this experimental women’s ministry\, and it’s picked up energy and a following since that very first day. For our December meeting\, we’re going to exchange our usual activities and focus on celebrating what we’re building together. As always\, we invite you to bring a friend! \nCelebrating the Birth & Growth of Sisterhood Saturday!\nSaturday\, December 6\n10:00 – 11:30am \nFellowship Hall \nPlease bring a brunch dish to share & a friend!  \nWe anticipate 50 -75 people. \nWhat is Sisterhood Saturday?\nSisterhood Saturday is an interactive women’s ministry led by Unity’s Interfaith minister Rev. Tami Johns. With a spiritual message\, music\, prayer\, reflection\, and meaningful dialogue\, we invite women of all ages to a sacred space of connection\, spiritual growth and renewal. \nOn the first Saturday of each month\, we invite women of all ages to explore your spirituality\, express your authentic self\, and feel the power of being truly seen. This circle of women holds space for one another. We recommend bringing a journal to capture insights\, inspiration\, and moments of self-discovery. \nCarrying on The Tradition\nFor generations\, women have gathered with their grandmothers\, aunts\, sisters\, and friends to navigate life’s joys and seasons together. Let’s carry on that tradition! Come as you are.
