This month features guest speaker\, Debra Loban\, sharing about her book\, Six Laws of Self-Care. If you are tired of tips and tricks on the topic of self-care and want to create a practice that manages all your dimensions\, addresses all areas of your life\, and honors your inner voice\, then join us! Bring a journal to capture your insights and reflect on deep\, meaningful questions. We invite you to bring a friend!  \nWho is Debra Loban?\n \n  \nDebra Loban is a licensed psychotherapist and executive coach who brings over two decades of experience to the mental health and wellness field. At Duke University\, she empowers individuals with effective self-care strategies. Her expertise also extends to enhancing emotional intelligence and managerial impact for leaders\, and developing impactful wellness programs for companies in the Raleigh-Durham area. \nDebra’s book is available on Amazon and she will also have copies available at the event. \n  \n\nWhat is Sisterhood Saturday?\nSisterhood Saturday is an interactive women’s ministry led by Unity’s Interfaith minister Rev. Tami Johns. With a spiritual message\, music\, prayer\, reflection\, and meaningful dialogue\, we invite women of all ages to a sacred space of connection\, spiritual growth and renewal. \nOn the first Saturday of each month\, we invite women of all ages to explore your spirituality\, express your authentic self\, and feel the power of being truly seen. This circle of women holds space for one another. We recommend bringing a journal to capture insights\, inspiration\, and moments of self-discovery. \nCarrying on The Tradition\nFor generations\, women have gathered with their grandmothers\, aunts\, sisters\, and friends to navigate life’s joys and seasons together. Let’s carry on that tradition! Come as you are.
