Join us before Sunday service for a 15-minute guided group mediation in the Sanctuary with one of our amazing ministers! \nWhy Meditation is a Key Part of our Spiritual Practice at Unity of the Triangle\nMeditation allows us to relax our minds and center ourselves in the peace of the moment.
