Our Spring 2026 Unity art show is a chance for our community to celebrate that spark together. Please visit the Fellowship Hall during any open church hours to enjoy the creative talents of your fellow congregants. The theme “Imagine That” is an invitation to lean into Spirit through creativity\, and imagine a world in which we really are all connected. Each piece displayed adds warmth and spirit to our space\, reminding us that art and unity truly belong together. \nWhat kind of art is Unity featuring during the Spring 2026 Art Exhibit?\nWe will feature 2-D art and photography created by people in our Unity congregation. Each piece displayed adds warmth and spirit to our space\, reminding us that art and unity truly belong together. \nWhat kind of art is Unity featuring during the Spring 2026 Art Exhibit?\nUnity artists and photographers are invited to deliver their 2-D art and photography to the Unity Fellowship Hall on Wednesday\, April 22nd from 10 A.M.-1P.M.\nAll works should be framed and have wire only on the back (no saw tooth hangers).  Please label works with creators name\, title of work\, email\, and price if desired. The Unity Choir will lead powerful\, heart-opening music that celebrates the spirit of renewal\, hope\, and spiritual awakening. \nMusic is an essential part of the Unity Sunday Experience\, helping create a vibrant atmosphere of celebration and connection. \nA Unity Tradition — The Easter Bonnet Parade\n \nCelebrate with Creativity and Joy\nWear your most festive hat and join in the fun of our Easter Bonnet Parade. This beloved tradition invites people of all ages to express creativity and joy as we celebrate the beauty and playfulness of the Easter season. Men\, you can wear your ‘Easter bonnets\,’ too! \nElegant\, whimsical\, or delightfully over-the-top—every bonnet is welcome. \nEaster Egg Hunt\n \nFamilies are warmly welcomed at Unity of the Triangle. During service\, the kids are sent into the Easter Egg Hunt by age group. The teens do their hunt blindfolded! And there’s a golden egg hidden somewhere with a big prize! Big fun awaits! \nCommunity Potluck\nStay and Connect\nFollowing the Easter service\, stay and enjoy food and community during a shared Easter Potluck in the Fellowship Hall. Unity of the Triangle is known for its warm\, welcoming community where newcomers quickly feel at home. \nContributing to the Potluck\nPlease bring your fully prepared dish to the Fellowship Hall between 10:15 and 11:00 am. If possible\, bring your dish in a disposable container. The church has plenty of serving utensils\, so no need to bring any. If you do use a non-disposable dish\, please label the bottom with your name. Also\, include a card with the name of your dish and any dietary notes (for example\, “contains nuts\, vegan\, gluten free”). A volunteer will be at the door to receive and stage your dish. Because only four volunteers can be in the kitchen\, please bring dishes ready to serve. We can keep items warm or cold\, but we’re not able to do additional preparation\, and there won’t be outlets available for crockpots. Thank you for being part of the Easter Potluck and for sharing your favorite dishes with our community! DESCRIPTION:How would you like to express your musical talent? That’s what happens with Open Mic Night\, every first Thursday of the month at 7 pm. There’s talent\, creativity\, emotion\, connection\, courage\, and fun! All are welcome to sing\, play – or just enjoy the music! \nThere are two ways you can participate\nIN-PERSON in the Fellowship Hall\nThere will be a sign-up sheet available on Thursday – everyone is invited to select a song to play/sing or accompany others. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Unity will provide a PA with inputs for instruments and USB as well as microphones\, so individuals can choose to use instruments\, play solo\, or sing along to recorded music. \nVIA PRE-RECORDED VIDEO\nSend a video recording of your performance to the unityavteam@unitytriangle.org by the Sunday before the third Thursday. Recording will be played during on site but will not be streamed. \nYour file will likely be too large for emailing\, so you’ll need to send it another way. People have had good results with wetransfer.com\, a free service. We know from doing this so many years what a meaningful difference this makes in their lives! \nImportant Dates!\nAll Angels need to be claimed by November 23. \nGifts returned by November 30. \nBagging of all gifts will be done by the Unity Christmas Elves and delivered to social workers on December 8. \n__________________________ \nHow Does The Angel Tree Work? \n\nLook for the special Christmas tree at Unity with tags on it. Each tag will include the wishlist for a specific child.\nPick one (or more!) tags.\nTake the tag(s) to the lobby desk and register the tag. This allows our volunteer elves to know who has what gift tag.\nWrap each present. Write each child’s name on a corner of the present. Attach the Angel tag with one piece of tape.\nBring wrapped gifts back by November 30th. All are welcome to sing\, play – or just enjoy the music! \nThere are two ways you can participate\nIN-PERSON in the Fellowship Hall\nThere will be a sign-up sheet available on Thursday – everyone is invited to select a song to play/sing or accompany others. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Unity will provide a PA with inputs for instruments and USB as well as microphones\, so individuals can choose to use instruments\, play solo\, or sing along to recorded music. \nVIA PRE-RECORDED VIDEO\nSend a video recording of your performance to the unityavteam@unitytriangle.org by the Sunday before the third Thursday. Recording will be played during on site but will not be streamed. \nYour file will likely be too large for emailing\, so you’ll need to send it another way. People have had good results with wetransfer.com\, a free service. Contact David at unityavteam@unitytriangle.org\, or Dan at danwilk44@gmail.com\, if you need help making or sending us your recording. \nOur Open Mic Night is open to all comers\, so feel free to tell others and encourage them to add their voices.
