Meditation is a core practice at Unity, teaching us to relax our minds and center ourselves in the peace of the moment. This practice leads to a deeper understanding of our spiritual selves and our connection to God and all things.
Opportunities to Learn or Deepen Your Meditation Practice
Meditation is a key part of every Sunday service, and other meditation opportunities are offered throughout the week. In Unity, meditation is a practice of resting our minds, remembering our divine source, and reconnecting to the divine within us.
A beautiful way to cleanse the week and prepare for The Sunday Experience! Join us before Sunday service for a 15-minute guided group mediation in the Sanctuary with one of our amazing ministers!
Join us for a welcoming 30-minute guided meditation in Raleigh designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. On Wednesdays, we explore a blend of chanting, mantra practice, contemplation, and prayer, along with other accessible techniques to help quiet the mind and center the spirit. Whether you’re new to meditation or deepening an existing practice, we invite to to come as you are and participate at your own pace. No prior experience is needed!
