As we begin the new year and look ahead to the 2024 elections, we must look to find peace within ourselves and further extend it to everyone in our community. On Saturday, Jan. 13, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, Unity will offer a free “Depolarizing Within” workshop where you will learn practical skills that will help you identify your inner polarizer and give you strategies to effectively intervene when others veer into polarizing political conversations.
