Learn Your Unique Ayurvedic Constitutions and How to Eat Right for Them
In this workshop, we will continue to discuss a mindful eating consciousness by exploring the wholistic eastern medicine of Ayurveda. We will learn about ayurvedic health care, determine our unique Ayurvedic constitutions and how to eat right for them. Learn about appropriate cleansing, and explore the benefits of good sleep hygiene, and techniques for mitigating travel fatigue.
This is part two of Rev. Michael Gadway’s “Mindful Eating” series. Part one is not a requirement. If you came to the first workshop, you’ll build on what you learned. Prepare to think differently about what you put into your body!
