This workshop delves into different forms of writing (prose, poetry, journaling, letter-writing) as a path to self-discovery and reflection, with the goal of gaining insight and compassion for self and others.

Welcoming all writers and non-writers (no previous writing experience needed) in a nurturing, uplifting space, the workshop offers a supportive group environment for self-expression and connection. The sharing of written work during class is always optional.
