Writing for Hope and Healing: An Expressive Writing Workshop for Your “Heart-Voice
Time and dates: 1:00-3:00 pm on Mondays May 1, 8, 15, 22 in Fellowship Hall
Led by: June Guralnick, writing teacher, and Linda Giles, Gestalt therapist
This workshop delves into different forms of writing (prose, poetry, journaling, letter-writing) as a path to self-discovery and reflection, with the goal of gaining insight and compassion for self and others.
Welcoming all writers and non-writers (no previous writing experience needed) in a nurturing, uplifting space, the workshop offers a supportive group environment for self-expression and connection. The sharing of written work during class is always optional.
