THE SUNDAY EXPERIENCE AT UNITY OF THE TRIANGLE IS THE SPIRITUAL HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK!

Each Sunday we come together around a topic that impacts your every day life, with inspiring music, affirmative prayer, and a short meditation. It’s more than a typical Sunday service, that’s why we call it The Sunday Experience!

“Trust is The Magic Ingredient”

With Rev. Neusom Holmes & The Unity Choir

When it comes to having a happy life, few attributes are as important as Trust. Trust’s polar opposite is fear. Fear constricts, causes unease, shrinks our vision. It also affects the world around us. Dogs bark at us, strangers are wary, doors close.

To really trust we have to see clearly what is before us, accept what is, and not overlay our worst experiences on the now. We can help ourselves to trust by practicing forgiveness, love, and gratitude.

Join us this week as we explore the role of trust in being happy and creating a world we want to live in. We’re also very excited to welcome one of our biggest new member classes!

SPIRITUAL EDUCATION CLASS

Introduction to Bhagavad Gita

Join Rev. Michael Gadway, a Kriya Yogi and longtime student of Yoga Master, Roy Eugene Davis, for a three-session introduction to the Bhagavad Gita (Lord’s Song). Explore its historical context, receive a literal translation, and journey through the 18 chapters with clarity and insight. This class will introduce you to the useful and everyday applications found in its pages by unraveling the deeply symbolic and poetic language with a clear and concise interpretation. While each class builds on the previous class, you do not have to attend all three. To get the full teachings, it is recommended.

What is The Bhagavad Gita?

The Bhagavad Gita is one of the world’s most beloved spiritual texts, offering timeless wisdom for anyone seeking deeper meaning, inner peace, and a more awakened way of living. Set on a battlefield, the story unfolds as a conversation between the warrior Arjuna and the divine teacher Krishna, who guides him through fear, doubt, purpose, and the deeper nature of the soul. While its rooted in the Hindu tradition, the Gita speaks to universal human questions: Why am I here? How do I live with courage and compassion? How can I find peace in a changing world? All questions we regularly explore at Unity of the Triangle.

Opportunity for Personal Transformation

For spiritual seekers, the Bhagavad Gita is less about religion and more about transformation. It teaches that every person carries a divine essence within and that spiritual growth comes through self-awareness, love, service, meditation, and conscious action. The Gita invites us to live fully in the world without becoming consumed by fear, attachment, or ego — offering a path toward greater clarity, purpose, and connection with the sacred presence within all life.

If you’ve ever been to a class with Rev. Michael, you know he has a way of making sacred text accessible. We invite you to explore the Spiritual Education section of the website for further resources and Michael’s blog.
