Yoga for the Family
Hello everyone!
I hope you are all doing well. Today we will focus on Yoga exercises. This is an ideal way to calm the mind as we gently stretch and move our bodies! I hope you can practice together with your kids! We have included a picture of the sequence for your convenience. Start with one round. As you progress, you can add more repetitions. Remember to be gentle and stop is you feel any strain.

If this is your first time practicing, please be extremely mindful as you proceed. Do only what feels comfortable to you. This means no pain or strain. Use a Yoga mat if you have one.
